How it works

Every meat is halal, slow-smoked in-house and sold by the pound. Here's how a meal at Meat Moot works.

  1. Step 1: Choose your cut

Pick from brisket, beef ribs, lamb shank, lamb neck or lamb shoulder at the carving counter, and tell us how much you'd like.

  2. Step 2: We weigh and carve it

Your meat is weighed in front of you and carved to order, so you see exactly what you're getting.

  3. Step 3: Sit down and dig in

We bring it to your table with unlimited house sauces, fresh salads, sides and a drink.

Made for the whole table

Meat Moot was built around sharing. Boards of brisket, ribs and lamb land in the middle of the table, our carvers finish them in front of you, and everyone dives in.

From team lunches steps from the South Lake Union tech campuses to birthdays, Eid gatherings and family celebrations, we'll plan the cuts, the quantities and the timing with you. Need it at your place instead? We cater too.
